Terms of Use

Last updated: August 27, 2026

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") before using the Order Jungle experience (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

Order Jungle's current Service is a short questionnaire and recommendation tool that helps you identify a portable backup power product, currently listed on Amazon.com, that may fit the refrigerator-backup needs you describe. It is an informational, decision-support experience. It is not a store: Order Jungle does not sell you anything, does not process payment, and does not fulfill or ship any order.

2. How recommendations are generated

Your recommendation is generated by a defined set of comparison rules applied to your answers and to product information Order Jungle has separately gathered from real, currently-listed Amazon product pages (capacity, output, weight, price, rating, and, where the manufacturer publishes one, a fridge-specific runtime claim). The runtime estimate shown to you is Order Jungle's own conservative calculation, based on a cited public estimate of typical refrigerator power draw for the fridge type you selected — it is not a measurement of your actual refrigerator, and actual results will vary with your appliance, its age and condition, ambient temperature, and how often the door is opened. Where a manufacturer publishes its own runtime claim for a product, we show that claim separately and label it as the manufacturer's own statement, not our estimate. No recommendation is a guarantee that a product will meet your needs.

3. No guarantee; your responsibility

Product information — including price, availability, and specifications — is gathered at a point in time and may have changed by the time you view it; always verify current price, availability, specifications, compatibility, and safety requirements directly on the product's Amazon listing (or with the manufacturer) before purchasing. You are solely responsible for your purchasing decisions. Order Jungle is not the manufacturer, seller, or fulfiller of any recommended product.

4. Third-party links

The Service links out to product pages on merchant websites, primarily Amazon.com. Order Jungle may participate in affiliate programs and may earn a commission when you purchase certain products through links on the Service — not every product, merchant, or link has this relationship. This does not increase the price you pay, and affiliate eligibility or compensation never determines which products we recommend or the order we show them in; recommendations are based on fit to your stated requirements, not commission. Once you leave the Service, your interaction with the merchant (Amazon, the manufacturer, or another retailer) is governed entirely by their own terms, not these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — getting a personal product recommendation — and not to misuse it (for example, automated scraping, attempting to disrupt the Service, or submitting answers as many fabricated identities to distort our understanding of real customer behavior).

6. Availability and changes

The Service is an early-stage, actively-developed experience. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it — including the questionnaire, the recommendation logic, or the set of products considered — at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The Order Jungle name, the Service's design, and its underlying software belong to Order Jungle. Product names, images, and trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service and its recommendations are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Order Jungle is not liable for any purchasing decision you make based on a recommendation, or for any change in a third party's (including Amazon's or a manufacturer's) product, price, availability, or terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.

10. Contact

Order Jungle is an early-stage product, and a dedicated contact channel is still being set up. If you have a question about these Terms today, please reach out through whatever channel connected you with Order Jungle in the first place.
